SHIPPING AND PRICES:
Delivery is generally by Mail (Swiss Post). We do reserve the right to arrange delivery by a different service.
All prices are exclusive of shipping and possible pay-on-delivery costs.
All items are delivered from stock if possible. Should an item not be in stock at the time of ordering, delivery will be postponed until all items are ready to be shipped. Alternatively a partial delivery is made and the outstanding item/items is/are shipped singly as quickly as possible.
Partial deliveries are made at our sole discretion. Such partial deliveries are free of charge.
If a shipment is lost in transit, this does not allow cancellation of contract. The lost item will be sent again registered mail at our expense.
PAYMENT:
Your credit card will be charged with the full amount of the order at the time of shipment; this is also the case with partial shipments. The charge will be made in CHF (Swiss Francs) and will appear as "Büro Discount" on your credit card statement.
Invoiced deliveries are only possible within Switzerland. Deliveries abroad with payment by prepayment into our bank account or payment-on-delivery can be arranged.
Any costs incurred by uncollected deliveries (especially pay-on-delivery shipments) or returns because of incomplete or wrong addresses will be charged to the customer.
RETURNED SHIPMENTS, CANCELLATIONS AND GENERAL RETURNS:
The following cancellation rights are not applicable to sealed items (Video, Audio, and software) once the sealed packaging is opened or damaged.
Items which have been ordered at your instruction are also exempted from these cancellation rights.
Items with obvious manufacturing faults can be returned if we are informed of the defects in writing, either by mail or e-mail, within 10 days of receipt. Returns without a "returns number" will not be accepted.
Exchanges or refunds for other reasons (such as "not liking" the item) are not possible.
RETURNS:
Please post any returned item with correct postage. Remember: We refuse to accept returns with insufficient postage. We can not accept the costs for any courier or other special means of delivery which exceed ordinary postal costs.
Wares delivered remain the property of Büro Discount until all outstanding amounts, irrespective of legal reasons, are paid.
Cancellation: By placing an order you have agreed to a contract which is binding. As long as there are no long-term delivery problems, this contract cannot be altered or cancelled. Should we agree to make any alteration or cancellation despite this, we reserve the right to apply a surcharge of CHF 20.--.
